If you are far from your ideal weight, it's time you did something about your health. We recommend a diet, along with movement and sports. Every diet has its advantages and disadvantages.
Losing weight is easier than you think. If you change your habits permanently you will get long-lasting results. See your doctor first before starting any diet and get a thorough check up.

Consider the following:
Get enough exercise. If you don't have enough time, get a small exercise bike for your basement or bedroom. Make time in your daily schedule for exercise. After a while, daily exercise will become natural for you. It will be just as normal as getting up early. Be sure to talk to your doctor first.

Buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Cook fresh or frozen vegetables only briefly to get the vitamins and minerals. Use low-fat margarine or canola oil instead of butter. If you want something sweet, snack on gummy bears because they have fewer calories.

Cook with low-fat cream or vegetable cream. Roast your steak with less oil or bake it in the oven. Use cold pressed canola oil instead of the usual vegetable oil when eating and roasting. Cold pressed canola oil is one of the best oils in the world. It contains many essential fats, which are absolutely necessary for the body. It is also tasteless, which is ideal for those who don't like olive oil. Cold pressed canola oil can now be found in all major supermarkets and in health food stores.

Make the effort to check the fat or sugar content of your favourite products. You'll be amazed at the fat and sugar content, even where you wouldn't suspect it at first glance.

You can eat as many vegetables as you want, eat fruit in moderation.

Drink at least 2 litres of mineral water or juice spritzers a day. Make sure they contain no added sugar.
